#14 Unescaped data can break reports

Typica generates its reports by creating an XHTML document and displaying that in a WebView. This means that if certain characters such as ‘&’ are used in data that a report displays, the report or parts of it will break if that is not properly escaped.

Commit 0add093edf has an example fix for the Average Use and Cost by Origin report that can be applied across all reports, but all reports must be examined to determine where this sort of change is required.
